How to Force Nico Nico Douga to Play Its Video in Low Quality

Or, as they called it, "Economy Mode".

So, let's say you want to watch some videos in Nico Nico Douga, the Japanese version of Youtube. But then, you realize that your computer happens to be crappy! And what's more, you're trying to watch them late at night, too. That means, like it or not, you have to watch them in high quality, and that also means your computer is going to lag!

"Oh no! This can't be! What should I do now?!" you ask yourself.

Well, it's actually fairly simple.

See the link above? Let's assume that this is the video that you're going to watch. But obviously, you'd want to watch it in low quality. So, how do you do that exactly?

Like this.

See, simple as that.

However, while doing this is as easy as finding a generic love-comedy harem manga in a manga site, the downside is that every time you want to watch another video, you have to do that again, and again, and again. And at the moment of writing this, I still haven't found any other ways to do this.

So yeah - either just suck it up, or buy a better computer already.

Happy New Year 2014

Well, I guess this is it. A year has passed, and the sound of new year fireworks just keep getting louder and louder outside my house. God damn it man don't you know I'm listening to music here?!

Oh wait, that's not it. Sorry about that.

As I was saying, a year has passed without me realizing it that much. It's time to say goodbye to the year 2013, and begin a new chapter of this thing called 'real life' with 2014. Happy birthday world, and happy new year everyone! Hopefully this year will also be my (and your) lucky year!

Yeah, it's already new year here in Indonesia.
